Machine Operator

• 2nd Shift is Monday-Thursday 3:15pm - 3:15am & Fri 3:15pm – 8:15pm.

• Fully understand and manage all aspects of Work Orders, including material, part, processing, and packaging requirements.
• Adjust SWD & Strand, monitor and manage patterns, flattener adjustment, thickness management, and slitter setup.
• Properly track and secure all raw material tags during production, and ensure accurate part size verification, monitoring, and management.
• Tag all products off the line, manage part quantities, complete required paperwork (Work Orders, inspection sheets, move tags, coil tags), and handle all post-expanding duties.
• Accurately report labor by scanning into and out of jobs, including setup tasks.

• Must be mechanically inclined and be able to pass a measurement/decimal test.
• Knowledge & ability to set up and run all types of secondary process equipment (slitters, shears, flatteners).
• Ability to read and understand calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Standing up to 10-12 hours and lifting 40+ pounds repeatedly.

• $20-24 depending on experience.
