Position Summary We are seeking a motivated undergraduate who is interested in providing laboratory assistance in the field of conservation genomics of fishes. The student will be required to work independently and as part of our research group. Tasks include isolate DNA from samples, PCR, DNA sequencing, genomic library preparation and occasional fieldwork to collect samples for analysis. Some lab experience (such as DNA isolations, and PCR-based methods) is desirable, but full training will be provided.
