- Efficiently process and manage customer orders from initiation to completion across phone, email, fax, and online platforms
- Deliver superior customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels through effective communication
- Partner with sales, accounts payable, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies
- Identify opportunities for upselling and support sales objectives through proactive customer engagement
- Utilize Excel and our proprietary system for accurate order entry, reporting, and data analysis
- Navigate the fast-paced environment with agility, ensuring timely order processing and adapting to shifting priorities as needed
- Investigate and resolve order or invoice issues, employing critical thinking to maintain accuracy and customer trust
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, with experience in complete order management
- Proficiency in Excel and the ability to adapt to new and proprietary technologies
- Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and through email
- Comfortable in a fast-paced setting, juggling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities as needed
- Skill in resolving issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Team-oriented, ready to support and collaborate with others
- Experience in inside sales or upselling is preferred
- Bilingual abilities in English/Chinese or English/Spanish are a big plus
