Customer Service Representative

• Efficiently process and manage customer orders from initiation to completion across phone, email, fax, and online platforms
• Deliver superior customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels through effective communication
• Partner with sales, accounts payable, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies
• Identify opportunities for upselling and support sales objectives through proactive customer engagement
• Utilize Excel and our proprietary system for accurate order entry, reporting, and data analysis
• Navigate the fast-paced environment with agility, ensuring timely order processing and adapting to shifting priorities as needed
• Investigate and resolve order or invoice issues, employing critical thinking to maintain accuracy and customer trust

• 1-3 years of customer service experience, with experience in complete order management
• Proficiency in Excel and the ability to adapt to new and proprietary technologies
• Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and through email
• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting, juggling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities as needed
• Skill in resolving issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
• Team-oriented, ready to support and collaborate with others
• Experience in inside sales or upselling is preferred
• Bilingual abilities in English/Chinese or English/Spanish are a big plus
