- Design and develop training for selling skills, leadership development, change management, and technical topics such as clinical trials, package inserts, MOA, patient journey, etc. across diverse audiences, from sales teams to clinical operations.
- Strategizes, conceptualizes, and develops innovative training programs addressing business goals and sales skills specific to pharma products.
- Partners with subject matter experts, vendors, and agency team members to ensure accuracy, scalability, and relevance of training materials.
- Ensures compliance with industry standards and adapts content for regulatory requirements relevant to pharma industry.
- Conduct thorough project discovery to understand client’s business objectives
- Design and develop content for various deliverables, including eLearnings, instructor-led training, videos, job aids, and assessments
- Measures effectiveness, assesses learner skill gaps, and iterates solutions to improve performance outcomes.
- Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience, including video, audio, simulations, gamification and AI
- Collaborate with production teams to bring learning experiences to life
- Develop deep understanding of various clients, learners, and industries
- Demonstrate partnership, innovation, and expertise when interacting with clients
- Facilitate feedback discussions and implement creative solutions
- Leverage learner feedback and compliance audit outcomes to refine and improve training effectiveness
- Evaluate and improve learning experiences based on feedback and data analysis
- Meet project milestones and deadlines

- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field strongly preferred
- 3+ years’ experience designing sales or healthcare training.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills; previous agency experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with pharma sales environments, adult learning theory, instructional design models and contemporary digital learning technologies.
