Automation Engineer, MidKey Role:Join our team focused on automating and optimizing our cloud service desk operations. Work with tools such as Jira Service Manager and Confluence, as part of our Atlassian suite, while also leveraging AWS cloud services. Automate service desk processes using native solutions and external APIs, develop and maintain automation workflows within the Atlassian ecosystem, and collaborate continuously with other teams to identify areas for improvement. Design, implement, integrate, and maintain systems and tools to automate complex cyber activities. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
