- Process weekly payroll with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain employee pay records, timesheets, and deduction documentation
- Transmit 401(k) funding and complete related reporting
- Generate payroll journal entries and post to the general ledger
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by investigating and analyzing data
- Follow established procedures to ensure payroll compliance
- Assist with A/R and A/P tasks as needed
- Support external auditors for both year-end and 401(k) audits
- Provide general accounting support to the Controller
- 3+ years of recent payroll experience
- High attention to detail and numbers-driven mindset
- Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Experience with Paycor is preferred
- Comfortable assisting in additional accounting functions (A/R or A/P)
- Strong sense of accountability and professionalism
