- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle HCM learning system.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap that aligns with organizational learning goals.
- Serve as a thought leader in digital learning transformation and system integration.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage system integration and data migration.
- Establish and maintain documentation standards for all learning content and system processes.
- Partner with business units to identify and transition relevant learning assets.
- Engage with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure the system meets enterprise-wide learning needs.
- Provide leadership through influence, guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and milestones effectively to executive leadership.
- Bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a strong background in LMS implementation.
- Proven experience managing large-scale system implementations, preferably with Oracle HCM or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and drive strategic outcomes.
