Location – Redmond, WA 98052Job DescriptionThe Global AI Business Solutions Customer Success team is looking for a vendor to assist with operational excellence initiatives across Global Solution Architect (GSA) team. This is a team of highly talented, customer facing Cloud Solution Architects that deliver paid services engagements aligned to our Unified contracts.This role will partner closely across the AI Business Solutions Customer Success Team, working with Unified Success, Business Strategy and Global Solution Architect teams to drive operational outcomes. It will also work with key partner organizations.ResponsibilitiesReporting
- Establish reporting aligned to GSA team engagements across the AI Business Process and AI Workforce teams. Work with Unified Success to project manage creation of new reporting to effectively track MSFT invested engagements and upsell to incremental Unified Services.
- Process Excellence
- Lead project plan across readiness materials, live training sessions, ongoing change management and effective feedback loop for adoption of critical new processes for tracking customer engagements. This is inclusive of initiatives such as increasing labor logging rates, improving use of NBUE codes (where relevant) and managing MSX opportunities across customer engagements.
- Feedback Loop & AI Integration
- Create a clear feedback loop for CSAs to provide constructive suggestions on how we improve our operational processes to make them effective. Lead project plan to incorporate AI into these operational processes (where practical) and reduce time spent internally by our CSAs.
