  • Design and develop HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, municipal, and healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and field surveys to support design and construction phases.
  • Prepare construction documents including drawings, specifications, riser diagrams, and load calculations.
  • Coordinate with architectural, electrical, and plumbing teams.
  • Review submittals and RFIs during construction administration.
  • Serve as Project Engineer or Project Manager on smaller, less complex projects.
  • Utilize Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and load calculation tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-7 years of relevant HVAC design experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and load calculation software.
  • Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (ICC, NFPA, ASHRAE).
  • EIT certification required; PE license preferred or in progress.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
