
Guest Support Analyst Intern

- Support our AI chatbot project: Work on the AI chatbot project for our store reroute initiative, helping to improve the overall guest and team member experience.
- Provide data-driven insights: Use your analytical skills to report on key metrics and provide a deeper understanding of the savings and benefits of rerouting calls.
- Contribute to system training: Assist in training the Five9 IVA system and uploading essential knowledge base articles.
- Make recommendations: Analyze data and provide recommendations to business partners based on your findings, including calculating the return on investment (ROI) for these initiatives.
- Collaborate and present: Use your strong communication and presentation skills to speak to stakeholders at various levels and roles.
- Education: A student at any level pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Experience with reporting and databases. You should be comfortable in an analyst role and have the ability to train systems and upload knowledge base articles.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to speak to stakeholders at different levels and roles. We're looking for someone with strong presentation skills and who is a well-rounded team player.
