
Senior Frontend Engineer, Hybrid - Greater Boston Area

- Lead the development for IDM platform frontend in React
- Prototype and build proposed technology solutions
- Inspire and guide the future of our frontend applications
- Support business transition and helping to establish change
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Project Managers and UX designers to transform wireframes and user stories into functional requirements
- Engage with developers as needed and provide technical direction and code review
- Provide guidance and support to implementation teams in the form of end-to-end diagrams, system integrations and technical requirements
- Contribute to the development of the team, codebase and the overall engineering organization
- Be a subject matter expert with our frontend applications and composable architecture
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior engineer
- Experience working in a global organization, particularly in multi-cultural virtual team
- Strong hands-on experience in React
- Expertise working with state management (e.g. Redux, MobX, Jotai)
- Prior work in an E-Commerce or consumer products organization
- Solid understanding of design systems and component libraires
- Proficiency in modern CSS-in-JS solutions (e.g. Emotion, Styled Components)
- Experience working with OAuth
- Strong experience with our tech stack: React, Next.js, Vercel, Contenstack, Atomic Design and Salesforce suite of products (SFCC, SFSC)
- Strong knowledge and experience in REST, GraphQL and API best practices
- Experience building and maintaining large frontend applications
- Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Familiarity with other CMS's (e.g. Contentful)
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Jest, Cypress)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
