HybridWhat you will doThe Director, HCP Marketing, Dental Professionals & Listerine, leads Oral Care Healthcare Professional Marketing and is responsible for developing and executing the global strategy for Dental Professionals across all Kenvue brands. This role owns the engagement and content strategy to drive recommendation share specifically for Listerine, across categories and markets.This role is a member of the Global Brand Team, responsible for HCP driven business outcome and OKRs, with dotted line accountability into the global brand leader. The Director will work closely with the global brand to bring HCP insights and perspectives to Category Visioning, Portfolio Management and New Product Development. This role also collaborates with Customer Development, Medical Affairs, Insights and local teams to drive consistent deployment of HCP content, claims, and initiatives.The Director and global Brand team will work with markets to articulate priorities and an overall HCP Marketing investment model, tied to scaled omnichannel marketing deployment. This role also develops omnichannel communication toolkits within content effectiveness best practices, and facilities effective market co-creation and transcreation of materials, KOL management and cost-efficient and streamlined workflows and ways of working.Key Responsibilities
- Develop HCP strategy by target audience (Dental Professionals) and by brand (Listerine): role in the consumer journey, impact on brand penetration and NTS, strategic communication territories and claims, competitive benchmarking and metrics, as well as target audience needs and portfolio approach for cross-portfolio use
- Develop omnichannel communications toolkit of assets to be deployed by markets
- Define benefits HCPs can expect from our product or service, execution & deployment, including sample strategies
- Build Scientific pipeline (in partnership with medical affairs): map plans for research, advisory boards, science that sells, publications, continuous medical education
- Develop global and regional Congress plans and execution, as well as full calendar, mapping impactful events to support (world days, professional events, etc.)
- Own and build sponsorship/partnership/KOL plans (in partnership with Scientific engagement)
- Drive KPI Improvement, incl. Share of recommendation, Rank of recommendation
- Own and develop content strategy, toolkit and messaging map: provided to markets per brand, segment and key initiative
- Represents Kenvue at relevant external industry forums, and stay up-to-date on category trends and emerging technologies
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences
- A minimum of 12 years of progressive leadership experience, with a strong track record of business results and organizational leadership in HCP or life science related area
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making
- Life science degree and/or HCP or RX marketing background (able to interact with R&D and understand HCP's needs)
- Proven leadership ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams across a matrix organization
- Exceptional business communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex messages to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver innovative business cases and models
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, including the application of data, tools and creative to drive action
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with brand teams and agency ecosystem.
- Category expertise in Oral Care and experience working across markets/regions
- Experience leading HCP Marketing
- Experience working with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance and global partners
- Experience in market research and analysis, including voice of the customer
- Passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving patient outcomes
