- Deliver excellent customer service and communication.
- Manage weekly sales flow (10–20 clients).
- Call clients before estimates to build rapport and set expectations.
- Conduct in-home visits to collect data for estimates.
- Prepare estimates using Paint Estimating Program (PEP).
- Follow up to close sales and build long-term client relationships.
- Serve as primary client contact.
- Attend weekly review meetings and report to management.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record and be insurable
- Must have reliable personal transportation for conducting on-site estimates.
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of sales-related work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be on time and maintain a schedule
- Basic computer and software skills are needed
- Please note that painting experience is not required.
