Assists in preparation of quality meal service for patients, staff, and visitors in a clean and sanitary environment. Shifts may vary. Performs basic clerical duties and assists the Dietary Manager with day-to-day operations as needed. Performs other duties as assigned including some supervisory duties. Occasional on call required.Education, Work Experience and Licensure:
High school graduate or GED required.
Associate Degree preferred
Previous food service experience required.
ServSafe certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire. Must maintain active certification while employed.
