Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to support the production of mission-critical components for defense systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision assembly and a strong understanding of quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Assemble electrical components for defense-related products such as radar systems, communication devices, or weapons systems.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure compliance with military and industry standards.
  • Handle and store materials in accordance with security protocols and export control regulations (e.g., ITAR compliance).
  • Adhere to strict safety, cleanliness, and security procedures in a controlled manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly, preferably in the aerospace or defense sector.
  • Familiarity with IPC soldering standards helpful but not required
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with hand tools
Work Environment:
  • May require standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with small components.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
