- This position is a hybrid role; we require the employee to work at our local market site one day per month. Specific hybrid schedules will be determined based on business needs and evaluated by managers and senior management.
- Build, launch and optimize multiple PPC campaigns.
- Perform day-to-day campaign activities for enterprise level Paid Search (PPC) campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, etc.
- In-depth keyword research and planning (discovery and expansion). Ongoing keyword evaluation and optimization. Utilizing auction insights, negative keyword lists and roi metrics.
- Set up tracking and goals for campaigns utilizing Google Tag Manager, GA4 and possibly outside CRM.
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues and produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards).
- Regularly perform detailed monitoring and analysis of our industry to determine changes in customer behavior and adjusting strategy to capture market demand.
- Collaborate with other markets & teams to ensure campaign goals and expectations are met and campaigns strategies are collaborated on.
- Work closely with other PPC Specialists for recommendations and campaign optimizations.
- At least 2+ years of PPC marketing experience with Google Ads campaign types such as Pmax, Search, Display, Video and Shopping.
- Google LSA experience is a plus.
- Google Ads API script experience and Google Betas experience is a plus.
- At least 2+ years of Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) experience.
- Proven expertise with CRO in reference to landing pages for campaign optimization and remarketing strategies.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Tag Manager etc.
- Strong analytical skills, complemented by the ability to take direction, learn/develop new skill sets, problem-solve, and take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to collaborate with team.
- A self-driven and reliable problem solver that can work efficiently with little to no supervision that works well in a team setting and has strong communication skills.
- Positive, flexible, and well organized to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging deadlines and demanding clients.
- Keeping up with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features and products within Google Ads and the paid ad space.
- Google Ads Certified required.
- Google Analytics Certified is a plus.
- SEO knowledge a plus. Knowing how SEO impacts paid search campaigns and coordinating efforts between organic and paid search strategies.
- Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to operate computer keys and general office equipment. Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
