- Promote a clean, safe, healthy and friendly work environment for employees and guests; report and direct safety issues to Safety Committee.
- Performs daily audits of assigned revenue-generating departments in accordance with established procedures.
- Reconciles assigned accounts; prepares daily income journals.
- Prioritizes work duties and multi-task throughout the workday.
- Use and navigate the various auditing and accounting software.
- Communicate effectively status of workflow, discrepancies and any relative information to Revenue Audit Supervisor/Manager.
- Stay current with all changes in Casino Policy and Procedures.
- Complies with all applicable company and finance department policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with operating department team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be 21 or older.
- High school graduate; some accounting courses preferred.
- Minimum one year accounting/bookkeeping activities and/or other satisfactory experience.
- Minimum six months computer experience with ability to use spreadsheets; word processing exposure a plus.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free work place policies
