We are Cambridge.Job Summary:The Senior Specialist, Data Integrity is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of client information within departmental systems. This role supports management by conducting research, reviewing complex business processes, and providing insight into data-related issues. The Senior Specialist maintains deep knowledge of key technology platforms to troubleshoot and resolve complex matters, while also serving as a resource for training new associates. In addition, this position contributes to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and strengthen data integrity practices across the organization. Essential Duties:
Accurately enter and verify client information in departmental database
Support management with related responsibilities by conducting preliminary research and review of complex business processes or data
Maintain and enhance working knowledge of necessary technology platforms used to troubleshoot and research complex issues
Train new associates including reviewing and researching training materials
Assist in seeking avenues for continuous improvement and propose ways to increase efficiency
Education & Experience:The ideal candidate will possess an entry to intermediate level of experience in data entry, troubleshooting and customer service.Compensation: $40,000-$45,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
