- 15+ years’ experience in product management or related area
- Strategic and visionary leader with a demonstrated ability to define and drive industry- and product-specific roadmaps, translating vision into actionable plans and leading high-performing teams to successful execution
- Deep expertise in product management, with a comprehensive understanding of the OLP process and a proven ability to embed integrated, solution-focused GTM strategies to support Dell Pro Max and Dell Pro Rugged portfolios
- Established track record of leading transformational initiatives, optimizing complex processes, and implementing KPI and ROI frameworks that drive accountability, operational excellence, and measurable business growth
- MBA preferred
- Team management experience
- Workstation focus Industry / Independent Software Vendor experience preferred
