- Identify and prospect potential business clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs and communicate value propositions
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close
- Maintain a deep understanding of the software product, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies and improve lead quality
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline forecasts
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related field
- 3+ years of B2B software sales experience (SaaS experience required)
- Experience with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR application sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role
- Strong understanding of the software sales cycle and B2B decision-making process
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a proactive, strategic, and consultative sales approach
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Knowledge of solution selling or consultative selling methodologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience selling innovative, new platform solutions to F1000 clients/large, complex organizations
- Demonstrated ability being innovative and resourceful in evolving sales methods to optimize new product success
- Challenger sales model experience
- Success driving RFP's and RFI's
- Ability to solve problems creatively, think on his/her feet and be comfortable in new situations working with multiple stakeholders
