- Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise-scale analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS). Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the Oracle Analytics platform.
- ETL/ELT Development: Architect, design, and optimize complex data integration processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to support data warehousing and analytics requirements. Ensure data quality and integrity across all systems.
- BI Development & Modernization: Oversee the development and administration of the BI metadata layer (RPD), dashboards, and reports in OAC/OAS. Lead migration efforts from legacy platforms like Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) to modern cloud-based solutions.
- Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Act as a subject matter expert for sales and delivery staff in the area of Oracle Analytics. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best practices to a team of developers, admins, and clients.
- Performance & Governance: Establish and enforce standards for development, performance tuning, and security across the analytics platform. Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Presales Support: Collaborate with the sales team and act as a technical specialist and expert in preparing project estimates and presales deliverables.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Business Intelligence and Data Integration solutions.
- Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), including data visualization, machine learning, and administrative components.
- Extensive experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE 11g/12c), including RPD modeling, dashboard creation, and security implementation.
- Proven expertise in designing and developing complex ETL/ELT mappings, packages, and load plans using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI 11g/12c).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas), and BI architecture principles.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL with a deep understanding of Oracle Database performance tuning.
- Experience with migrating OBIEE environments to OAC or OAS.
- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or other Oracle ERP systems and their underlying data structures.
- Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FAW)
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or shell scripting for automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
- Experience working with OCI Data Integration Cloud Service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
