- Serve as the Integrator within the EOS framework, aligning teams, ensuring accountability, and driving company wide execution
- Lead daily operations across field teams, housekeeping, owner relations, finance, and guest services
- Translate the Owners’ vision into actionable strategies and measurable goals
- Oversee and optimize business performance, reporting regularly to Ownership
- Partner with revenue management to maximize property performance and portfolio profitability
- Build scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth and new revenue streams
- Use data and reporting to identify trends, solve challenges, and guide decision making
- Lead and inspire a cross functional team, fostering culture and accountability
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and long term homeowner satisfaction
- Manage finance related responsibilities including payroll and month end processes
- Stay hands on with property visits, quality checks, and operational projects
- 5+ years of leadership in hospitality, property management, or operations (vacation rental or short term rental experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record in building, leading, and scaling high performing teams
- Strong operational expertise with housekeeping, vendor management, and guest experience
- Captain and Strategist mindset, decisive, process oriented, and focused on execution
- Excellent communicator who can build trust with owners, staff, and partners
- Data driven operator with financial and operational reporting experience
- Highly organized, process oriented, and calm under pressure
- Proficient with OTA platforms such as Airbnb and Vrbo, property management systems, and Google Workspace
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with ability to travel for site visits and conferences
- Spanish language skills are a plus
