- Partner closely with business partners across the hospital and Mass General Brigham enterprise to:
- Understand new practices, policy changes, and how they will impact Development, and lead the communication/change management around these changes within the department.
- Analyze workforce data and translate it into key performance metrics to influence and advocate on behalf of the department’s unique business needs.
- Attend the Co-Chairs of Philanthropy meetings and provide staffing updates to hospital leaders as appropriate.
- Attend regular senior management team meetings and engage in healthy and productive discussions on department issues, working toward consensus.
- Ensure a consistent focus on staff retention, bringing this lens to all discussions.
- Provide strong management of team, including identifying, developing and retaining the next generation of leaders with the department.
- Take on other office-wide duties at the request of the Vice President or Senior Vice President.
- Adhere to the mission, credo, and standards of behavior of Massachusetts General Hospital.

- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
