- Maintain alignment with the retailer’s outreach project team to execute messaging plans, strategies, and manage escalations.
- Set expectations and enforce best practices with retailers, explaining how their actions impact results.
- Act as an encouraging and empathetic resource for retailers, pushing them to be appropriately uncomfortable when necessary.
- Coordinate and collaborate with retailers and internal account teams to accurately represent the status and needs of their vendor lists provided to SPS Commerce.
- Develop and execute training curriculum for sales staff to effectively represent our buying organizations goals and strategies during a trading partner outreach
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3-5 years in project management
- Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
- Experience in facilitating communications, problem resolution, and working independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and possessing an ability to handle multiple projects or deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to travel once per quarter
- Experience in project management, account management, retail, B2B sales or consulting
- Experience with Salesforce
