- Ability to work specific events that require limited early mornings, nights, and weekends throughout the year.
- Three or more years of experience within a University housing programs and a working knowledge of industry standards.
- Proficiency with housing management databases (ex. StarRez, Entrata, Adirondack, E-RezLife), Common Human Resources System (CHRS), Concur, and other related software.
