- Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into the company.
- Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing offer processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, promoting best practices.
- Identify and implement improvements to HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience in human resources management, with a focus on employee relations and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of benefit programs and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in onboarding and full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems for record-keeping and process management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
