Qualifications:Security Field Supervisors usually perform the following tasks under the direct supervision of their Operation's Manager. They oversee and manage site activity within a designated geographical area. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.Qualifications:
At least 21 years of age or older
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Security D License
Valid FL Driver's License and clean driving history
Professional demeanor and appearance
Strong computer skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Desire to develop, motivate and train others under a decentralized model
Previous CCTV, intermediate fire panel and other emergency system experience required
Two years previous Security, Law Enforcement, and or Military experience required
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
