- Drive effectiveness of sales behaviors and processes through incentive risk controls and risk management oversight functions.
- Design, coordinate and administer incentive plans for multiple CRB segments, providing plan interpretation, reporting, sales adjustments, plan documents, acknowledgements and monitoring compliance with plan guidelines.
- Modeling and implementation of incentive administrative changes to support annual planning and other projects with analysis.
- Implement incentive plan changes with senior leaders and segment managers to support communication of new plans with teams and colleagues.
- Support segment L3 leaders and business segment on training, presentations, colleague inquires, reporting and other sales process activities.
- Administer and coordinate and goal allocation and goal maintenance for segments to drive metric performance for OCR/revenue growth, productivity, service, quality, leadership and other behaviors.
- Manage and coordinate incentive automation by performing business requirements, user acceptance testing, production validation and risk controls.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of Incentive design experience using advanced excel skills, pivot tables, and modeling skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Clear and accurate communications (both verbal and written) that is appropriate for intended audience(s), including the ability to effectively communicate complex issues.
- Ability to participate in and foster a teamwork environment.
- Strong skills with excel for data and analysis.
- Ability to learn new technology and systems.
