- Strategic Relationship Management – Own and grow high-value relationships with senior leaders, practice heads, and influential consultants across assigned national and regional firms.
- Pipeline & Revenue Growth – Drive measurable influence on new business opportunities by embedding FitOn Health into consultant recommendations, RFP responses, and strategic solutioning for their clients.
- Account Planning – Create and execute annual and quarterly plans for each assigned firm, including influence mapping, joint marketing or event activities, and executive alignment.
- Enablement & Advocacy – Deliver training, thought leadership content, and market insights to consultant teams, ensuring they can confidently position FitOn Health with clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align strategies and maximize consultant-driven opportunities.
- Market Insight – Maintain a deep understanding of employer benefits trends, competitive positioning, and client needs to inform consultant conversations.
- Event Engagement – Represent FitOn Health at key industry events, broker conferences, and client-facing meetings to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
- Reporting & Forecasting – Track and report on influence activities, pipeline impact, and revenue attribution through CRM and internal reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in benefits consulting, broker relations, channel sales, or strategic partnerships within the employee benefits, healthcare, or wellness space.
- Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue through influence-based sales models.
- Deep, existing relationships within 4–5 top national broker and consulting firms (e.g., Mercer, Aon, Willis Towers Watson, Gallagher, Lockton, etc.).
- Skilled at navigating complex organizational structures and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and partner management best practices.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and events.
- Existing network of Fortune 1000 employer clients in addition to broker/consultant relationships.
- Experience positioning and selling value-based wellness solutions with clear ROI/VOI metrics.
- Background in SaaS, digital health, or benefits technology platforms.
