Then Manpower wants to talk to you!Job Title: Operator 2nd or 3rd ShiftLocation: New Ulm, MNPay Range: $24.04 to $28.91 an hourWhat’s the Job?
  • Disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling equipment during wash-ups
  • Completing all washing functions including cleaning and sanitizing rooms
  • Adjusting chemicals as needed
  • Packaging products, performing quality controls checks, HACCP checks, and sampling requirements as needed
  • Moving full pallets in facility by using pallet jacks
What’s Needed?
  • Ability to lift, bend, and twist repetitiously up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to be on your feet up to 90% of the work day
  • Ability to work in a facility with minimal temperature control and exposure to outside temperatures
  • Prior experience handling chemicals and operating a forklift a plus
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of packing compounding experience and understanding special formula instructions
  • Knowledgeable on Good Manufacturing Practices and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment screenings: education, employment, drug, and background
What’s in it for me?
  • 3rd Shift: 9:30 pm to 6:30 am, Sunday - Thursday
  • 2nd Shift: 1:30 pm to 10 pm
  • 1st Shift: 5:30 am to 2 pm
  • $24.04 to $28.91 an hour, based on position and shift
