Neat, well-groomed, professional appearance.
Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant voice.
Good keyboarding skills.
Responsibilities:
Greets, engages, and communicates well with patients and their families.
Works with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Serves in check-in, check-out, and medical record roles.
Answers telephones responding to inquiries or routing to appropriate staff.
Performs insurance eligibility and benefits verification.
Appointment scheduling, reminders, and confirmation.
Documents and updates demographic and clinical data in EMR.
Other clerical duties as required or assigned.
