As a Senior Gameplay Engineer, you will be working closely with our Engineering teams to create and improve critical high- and low-level game systems.As a successful engineer in this position, you should be able to quickly get familiar with existing codebases and systems and be able to implement elegant, high performing updates and extensions that work well within a collaborative environment, and you should be comfortable managing 1-2 engineers. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
