Wellness Director LTC Facility

• Develop, implement, and manage a dynamic wellness program that caters to the physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs of our residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (nursing, activities, therapy) to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
• Conduct resident assessments to identify individual needs and preferences.
• Oversee a team of wellness professionals and volunteers.
• Organize and lead a variety of engaging activities, including fitness classes, social events, educational workshops, and creative pursuits.
• Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in senior wellness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Gerontology, Recreation Therapy, Public Health, or RN License (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a senior living community or related setting.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing wellness programs for older adults.
• Strong understanding of senior wellness principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff members.
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for enriching the lives of seniors.
