- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to monitor work orders, provide proper work direction, and ensure maintenance and repairs are carried out.
- Maintain building utility functions, uphold cleanliness, and create a conducive working environment for employees.
- Manage warehouse inventory levels, including reordering and stocking. Load and unload supplies and products.
- Manage procurement, requisitioning, inspection and quality control and delivery of materials and supplies.
- Deliver materials and supplies in company vehicles in Colorado operating areas including Cheyenne, Wyoming and Pueblo, Colorado
- Keep facility vehicles in optimal condition by conducting evaluations, scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs, and ensuring annual inspections within DOT compliance, maintaining accurate records.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid in-state driver's license
- Six months of customer service experience required
- Able to lift 40lbs
