- Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
- Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
- Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
- Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
- ONSITE….Shift is Monday, Friday and every other weekend, 7am - 7pm
- Graduate from credentialed school of nursing
- Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of MA
- Preferably two years of Assisted Living or LTC experience
- Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance
