- Bachelor's in Engineering and 4+ years of management experience to lead our custom automation solutions business is a requirement to be considered
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with unique, custom projects, especially those involving the integration of industrial robots like FANUC, Kuka, or ABB are also a requirement
- Pay: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
- Work hours: Standard business hours with flexibility as required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Onsite only, no remote work
- Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

- Provide strategic leadership for all company operations, from engineering and production to sales and customer support
- Drive business growth by developing and executing strategic plans for custom automation solutions
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and P&L to ensure operational excellence and profitability
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including supporting proposals and strategic pricing
- Limited travel to trade shows and key customer sites
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any discipline).
- 4+ years of leadership and management experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with custom automation projects.
- Proven track record of managing technical projects and cross-functional teams.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Oak Creek, WI
