- Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and contact lists.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate logistics as needed.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Collaborate with staff members to facilitate communication and coordinate activities.
- Assist in drafting communications, newsletters, and other materials for distribution
- Assist in processing donations, membership dues, and other financial transactions.
- Maintain records of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in accounting procedures.
- Support membership-related activities, including processing applications and renewals.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and programs.
- Help with logistical arrangements, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
- Provide on-site support during events as needed.
- Previous experience in administrative support roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelors degree required.
