The Construction Scheduler will develop and manage detailed project schedules for large scale construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the entire construction process.Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed project schedules for large scale construction projects.
  • Monitor and update project schedules for changes in scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure successful execution of projects.
  • Analyze project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage and coordinate resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Generate reports and metrics for project status.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Construction Scheduling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
