- Work closely with sales account executives to foster a cohesive and positive customer experience
- Develop relationships with customers, vendors, and team members to take advantage of opportunities and leverage appropriate key players to bring the best outcomes of customer satisfaction and success
- Enhance sales content, sales communication, sales readiness, and reporting to optimize impact
- Work closely with sales staff and directly with existing customers to identify business needs, desires, and requirements; discover, curate, and prioritize repeatable sales solutions.
- Responsible for responding to and following up on sales inquiries in a prompt, professional manner
- Engage and drive alignment with sales teams that represents the needs of the customer base and the organization by liaising with all key players in transactions, gathering necessary information and crafting innovative solutions
- Maintains a strong working relationship with Microsoft and ISV partner teams
- Provide support to sales team members during product launches and sales pitch meetings
- Source and drive implementation of continuous process improvements
- All other duties as assigned
- 3 years of demonstrated experience leading and training high performing sales teams OR a relatable degree plus experience to equal the same
- Ability to build and manage a team as the company grows
- Experience organizing and running training programs including but not limited to: in-person trainings, learning management systems, and developing useful training documentation
- Proven strength in positions of sales, strategy, and/or change leadership
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technology
- Ability to work with different types of technically inclined teams and a strong desire for personal and professional development
