Job Title: AI Engineering ManagerJob DescriptionAs the Manager of Agentic AI Engineering, you will lead a highly specialized team driving the development of cutting-edge AI systems. You will enhance efficiency across three key areas: Data Cleaning, Model Fine-Tuning, and Agentic AI Creation. You will oversee a team of senior engineers and work closely with leadership, product, and research teams to propel the development of pioneering AI systems.Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team focusing on data, model behaviors, and autonomous agents.
  • Define and implement the strategic vision for the team, balancing short-term goals with long-term AI development.
  • Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Act as the liaison between engineering, leadership, and external stakeholders.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in AI, ML, or automation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise across the entire AI lifecycle: data, model tuning, and agent systems.
  • Experience with foundational models, RLHF, and multi-agent systems.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, C#, and software development.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Cleaning.
  • 5+ years of experience in Model Fine-Tuning.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agentic AI Creation.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in Team Management.
Work EnvironmentThis role involves desk work in a casual work attire environment with a team of 5 people. No outside technology is allowed inside the building. The organization provides a work phone and lockers in the lobby to store personal items not allowed in the building.
