- Lead and manage a cross-functional team focusing on data, model behaviors, and autonomous agents.
- Define and implement the strategic vision for the team, balancing short-term goals with long-term AI development.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Act as the liaison between engineering, leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in AI, ML, or automation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise across the entire AI lifecycle: data, model tuning, and agent systems.
- Experience with foundational models, RLHF, and multi-agent systems.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, C#, and software development.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Cleaning.
- 5+ years of experience in Model Fine-Tuning.
- 5+ years of experience in Agentic AI Creation.
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
- 3+ years of experience in Team Management.
