Preferred Candidate has an existing Secret Clearance or Candidate must be able to successfully meet the standards for Secret level security clearance, which requires successful completion of a background examination and Tier 3 investigation.

Experience with Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance a plus.

Senior Software Developer with at least ten years of experience in C++ and/or Java responsible for implementing software enhancements and modifications to meet a well-defined schedule of deliverables. Senior Developer will mentor junior staff, review junior staff performance and work closely with the software development team within a large mature codebase. * Effective verbal and written communicator
  • Able to successfully work on large team with a high operational tempo
  • Proficient with C++ and/or Java development on Red Hat 7 Linux, to include:
o Object oriented programming techniques, inheritance and aggregation

o Data structures, timing/complexity analysis, Linux/UNIX APIs, threading * Proficient with Java Swing, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, Python, Perl, Bash
  • Capability to solve signal processing, image/video processing, statistical processing, object detection & tracking, and classical mechanics problems using C++
  • Capability to create novel ELINT exploitation and fusion solutions that leverage multi-platform and multi-INT data rich environments for both tactical and technical ELINT applications
  • Knowledge of CUDA and other parallelization mechanisms
  • Capability to solve signals intelligence processing and algorithm problems
  • Deep understanding of network programming/protocols and analysis tools
  • Experience implementing software based of off interface description documents (IDDs)
  • Experience with ISR CONOPS and systems
  • Knowledge/Experience of file-based database structures
  • Desire to work on development teams that practice agile methodologies and take on agile leadership roles
