- Develop and manage client relationships within a designated territory ensuring satisfaction throughout the duration of the customers enrollment process.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales by working with customers one on one.
- Develop enrollment and sales skills to best suit customer needs and provide them with insights on what they can or already qualify for.
- A dependent, punctual, confident, and sales motivated individual with the ability to work independently or as part of a Enrollment Sales Representative team
- Stay up-to-date on all promotions and wireless services to ensure the customer is receiving tailored solutions
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, territory sales, or customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers
