The Business Applications Administrator plays a crucial role in the effective functioning of Grayson's business systems, focusing on the day-to-day configuration, customization, and maintenance of various platforms. Responsibilities include user management, data integrity, and process automation to ensure optimal system performance and user experience. Additionally, this role oversees customization and performance optimization with CRM and AI solutions.The salary range for this position is $47,843.33 to $71,764.99 annually.Benefits:

- 25% Assist with the maintenance of Salesforce Admissions Connect & customer centric management to meet the organization’s needs.
- 25% Administer and manage Ocelot/Gravyty AI.
- 25% CManage cross-system data integration processes between Salesforce, CAMS SIS, and Modern Campus systems, including SFTP data transfers.
- 15% Serve as a business analyst and project liaison.
- 5% Participate in system improvement projects, vendor meetings, and cross-departmental initiatives as assigned.
- 5% Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

8. Ability to maintain the security and integrity of critical infrastructure. This includes being able to demonstrate a lack of criminal history or continuous ties to a foreign adversary, as defined by the U.S. Department of Commerce. This is a minimum qualification for all positions that research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure, such as communications systems, computer networks, and cybersecurity systems.Knowledge and Skills:
Experience: One to two years of similar or related experience with the following:
*Ocelot/Gravyty AI administration, including chatbot configuration, campaign management, analytics reporting, and vendor collaboration.
- Salesforce UI administration, including Admissions Connect, configuration, and maintenance. * Knowledge of API-based development and integrations practices. Defining data mapping and transformation rules to ensure accurate data transfer between integrated systems.
- Familiarity with TeamDynamix (TDX) or similar IT help desk ticketing systems, including receiving assigned tickets, providing timely responses, documenting actions taken, and closing tickets in alignment with service level expectations.
- Managing SFTP data transfers, including delta file processing and error resolution.
- Working knowledge of CAMS SIS and Modern Campus systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Some college in the IT field plus, relevant work experience in CRM administration, higher education systems, and AI chatbot management (1-2 years).
Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the college for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.
Other Skills: Strong analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, ability to step through complex queries, familiar with indexing strategies, creating stored procedures, creating triggers, and utilizing views. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements: The work is typically sedentary. However, there may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to do the work.
Work Environment: Regular exposure to favorable conditions such as those found in a typical office.
