Bonuses:
  • 1-5 years of meaningful experience with boilers will earn you $2500 upon hiring ($1500 initially, then $1000 after 90 days).
  • A total signing bonus of $5000 is presented to those with over 5 years' experience ($3000 on initial hire and $2000 following 90 days).
Job Responsibilities:
  • Specialize in the electrical and control facets of boiler operations.
  • Install equipment for rigorous testing.
  • Conduct advanced burner and combustion analyses.
  • Gather and process data on combustion, pressure, temperature, and emissions.
  • Engineer solutions by crafting or adjusting parts.
  • Ensure facility and equipment maintenance.
  • Address and solve electrical, mechanical, and performance issues.
Desirable Candidate Qualifications:
  • Completion of secondary education, supplemented by a potential two-year degree.
  • 2 to 5 years of field experience, with formal education considered as experience.
  • Proficient in organizing data, understanding literature, and grasping engineering strategies.
  • Advanced command of electrical and control systems.
Role Expectations:Physical skills are required, marked by precision and rapidity. The environment imprints usual hazards inherent to metal fabrication, necessitating protective measures, including goggles, safety footwear, and auditory protectors.
