We serve a wide variety of patients with varying levels of acute, complex, and chronic disease management needs. Full-time.
  • 13-16 patient visits per day.
  • No weekends

You need to:
  • Be eligible for Oregon license as PA or NP.
  • Have Federal and State DEA certification.
