- Collaborate with BU Analytics Leads & IT from Introduction (of a product idea) to Implementation (of an official analytics product)
- Determine operations that are a good fit for proof of concept and pilot projects
- Lead change management with target audience and broader DHL organization
- Provide validation of Business Case Analysis & Return on Investment in pilot
- Construct products’ value proposition
- Create products’ commercial model
- Develop end user manuals and product checklists
- Create implementation plan for rollout of products to additional North America operations and/or functions. Educate, train, and support business units to deploy products
- Lead introduction of new analytics products to the North American business
- Drive change management and adoption of available products
- Thoroughly understand available products
- Serve as point of contact for North America business units seeking analytics solutions to meet business needs
- Work with other global regions & DHL global analytics teams in exchange of analytics product information
- Identify product ideas outside of DHL that would add value to the organization
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, required
- Master’s in Business Administration or related field, preferred
- 5+ years of direct or indirect/project leadership experience, required
- 5+ years of project management experience, required
- 3+ years of analytics experience, required
- Analytics Expertise: experience with operational and financial analytics and reporting, including assembling, illustration, insight determination, and presenting of analytics findings.
- Experience with database management and data-mining skills, including understanding of SQL
- Experience programming or coding (Python, Java, VB, etc.), preferred
- Knowledge of logistics and/or transportation operations, preferred
