Title: ITCD Clinical SupervisorDepartment: Division of Behavioral Health - OutpatientReports directly to: Director of Outpatient ServicesFull job descriptionThe ITCD Clinical Supervisor will oversee the ITCD program and ensure adherence to the Integrated Treatment for Cooccurring Disorders model, as well as, the General Organizational Index. The PHASES Program is an evidence base fidelity program. The PHASES interdisciplinary team includes a psychiatrist, nurse, ITCD Counselor, Community Support Specialist(CSS), Certified Peer Support and Employment Specialist.Core Job Duties
Provide and document structured supervision to the ITCD Specialists, weekly for one hour with a strong focus on cooccurring model
Evaluate fidelity of the ITCD model
Ensure the program is true to the co-occurring model
Ensure the ITCD program has a strong philosophy and is clearly understood by the ITCD team
Participate in process monitoring of the ITCD program
Ensure client outcomes data is collected every three months and shared with the ITCD team members
Adherence to all applicable evidence-based practice models.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of diagnostic criteria sets for substance use and/or mental disorders.
Orally communicate information effectively and accurately.
Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency’s certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care.
Abide by program and agency policies and procedures
Other job duties and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Must be one of the following:
o QMHP - a person who has completed a practicum or at least one (1) year of experience under the supervision of a QMHP. *All experience must include working with individuals with psychiatric, substance use, and/or developmental disabilitieso QAP - a person who is certified or registered with one of the following credentials as per the Missouri Credentialing Board; (CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, CCDP, CCDP-D, RADC, and RADC-P)
One (1) year of training or supervised experience in substance abuse treatment required
o If less than one (1) year of experience is obtained in providing co-occurring disorder treatment then person shall be actively acquiring 24 hours of training in co-occurring content and receive supervision from experienced co-occurring staff as approved by the department
A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
OrMust hold one of the following licenses in MO: PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, PLMFT or LMFT
