- Support NorAm and Global Agriculture strategy deployment within NorAm region: including Regenerative Agriculture Scorecard deployment, and Cool Farm Tool regional execution and Process Management
- Support Quality Assurance and Quality Control of programmatic data, including farm level data utilized in GHG Assessments
- Analyze data to support the goals of the Regenerative Agriculture Program. Run Reports and Build Base Datasets – i.e. Volume reports used to associate farms with brands, Volume reports used for various stages of CFT process, Soy Market Analysis, etc.
- Data management - keeping organized databases and efficient processes for managing relevant GHG Emissions and farm data
- Data visualization through dashboards and presentations
- Work collaboratively with central functions (Mission and Sustainability, Sustainable Finance) to integrate program impact into company GHG Emissions inventories and strategic plans.
- Support farm selection criteria and run scenario analysis to evaluate return on investment and carbon and water outcomes of potential projects and strategies
- Support the overall NorAm agriculture project implementation strategy regarding regenerative agriculture, social projects, water preservation, and biodiversity, based upon existing targets and initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in, environmental sciences, data science, agronomy or related degree
- 2-4 years’ experience in Sustainability Project Management
- Familiarity with SBTi, GHG Protocol
- Intermediate to advanced skills in excel
- Basic skills in PowerBI or similar preferred
- Rigorous data analysis capability and financial acumen
- High attention to detail, and drive for data accuracy
- Project management skills, to drive and manage multiple activities, prioritize, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Cool Farm Tool, COMET-Farm, APSIM, Nutrient Tracking Tool, and Water Quantity measurement and methodologies is preferred.
- Climate Science and Ecosystem Service knowledge preferred
- Should be fluent in English and must have excellent research & writing skills

- Willingness to travel up to 20%
