- Serve as the main point of contact for Delivery Teams in your region, acting as a liaison between project managers and PMO leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional meetings as needed.
- Navigate complex conversations and negotiations with project managers, aligning their needs with business goals to find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Apply effective conflict resolution and prioritisation skills to manage competing demands.
- Support the PMO Regional Lead in driving continuous process improvement through the development and maintenance of PMO tools, processes, and documentation.
- Ensure high data accuracy through Power BI dashboards, timesheet validation, and regular updates in Kimble/Kantata.
- Monitor key financial metrics and proactively identify risks to support profitability and business growth.
- Provide actionable insights and corrective recommendations to project managers and PMO leadership.
- Deliver stakeholder-specific financial reporting and ensure adherence to governance, budgeting, and approval protocols.
- Collaborate with finance teams for accurate reporting and budget control.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved efficiency through resource utilisation and capacity analysis.
- Assist the Regional PMO Lead with resource management and optimisation by:
- Supporting capacity planning and demand forecasting.
- Influencing resource assignments, resolving conflicts, and recommending effective solutions.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, PMO support, financial analysis, or a related analytical role
- Solid understanding of resource planning principles and best practices
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and project cost management
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
- $75,000 - $85,000 (the salary on offer will be based on a number of factors, including location, experience, and role responsibilities)
