Adecco is currently hiring for a EDM Operator in Pepperell, MA! This is a temp to perm position on first shift.Job Title: EDM OperatorLocation: Pepperell, MAPay Range: $30 - $40 per hourKey Responsibilities:Set up and operate Wire EDM and EDM Hole Drilling machines.Produce parts based on blueprints and provided specifications.Verify parts meet exact dimensions, alignments, and quality standards.Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.Inspect work against prints and/or CAD models.Maintain a safe and organized work environment.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.Strong computer skills, including manufacturing software and EDM machine programming.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Physical Requirements:Frequent standing and walking.Occasional sitting and lifting of up to 25 lbs.Frequent use of hands and fingers for precision work.Must be comfortable working near moving mechanical parts.** If interested, please apply directly to this job posting!**Pay Details: $20.00 to $40.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
